In The Good Place’s series finale, “Whenever You’re Ready,” Eleanor Shellstrop arrives at the actual Good Place in a cream cashmere sweater with rainbow stripes, an outfit that feels as gentle and a little improvised as the moment itself. The AQUA Rainbow-Stripe Cashmere Sweater gives her a soft, lived-in brightness for the episode’s long coda, where the show lets its most difficult farewell settle without fuss. It suits Eleanor neatly: plain at first glance, but carrying just enough colour to keep things from turning solemn. A good final note, and not overdone.
